I’m Ekaterina, an ICF-certified career coach with broad experience in Talent Development and a background in organizational psychology. My Story
My career journey wasn’t straight-forward. Like many, I was encouraged to pursue a “high-demand” profession, but I quickly realized it wasn’t for me. After changing universities three times, I finally made a life-changing decision to study organizational psychology and moved to the Netherlands. It was the best choice I ever made, aligning my career with my true values and purpose. Listening to my inner voice made all the difference.
From the start, I knew I wanted to help others find clarity in their careers. After years in Talent Development across international organizations, I pursued an ICF-accredited coaching certification to offer guidance beyond the corporate world.
Today, I coach individuals and organizations through 1:1 and group sessions, helping people achieve their professional goals. I also offer pro-bono coaching to young professionals, a cause close to my heart because I’ve been in their shoes.
